Master Service Agreement — No Recurring Fee

A Trusted Roofing PartnerOn Call Year-Round. At No Cost.

An MSA with IGR Roofing gives you professional roof oversight, annual inspections, and a dedicated point of contact — without a recurring maintenance fee.

We stay ahead of problems, keep you informed, and handle repairs when you need them. You only pay for approved work. It's the smart, low-risk way to protect a major building asset.

What Is a Master Service Agreement?

A Master Service Agreement is a standing relationship between your organization and IGR Roofing. It means we're your roofing contractor — not just a company you call when something breaks. We come to you proactively, on a regular schedule, to inspect your roof and keep you fully informed about its condition.

There's no monthly fee. No retainer. No recurring charge. We show up, do the inspection, document everything, and give you the full picture — including pricing for any repairs we recommend. You decide what gets fixed. If nothing needs attention, there's no invoice.

It's professional oversight of a major building asset, structured so that you're never caught off guard — and never pressured into work you didn't ask for.

    How It Works

Simple, transparent, and built around your schedule — not ours.

    Annual Scheduled Inspection

We come out on a recurring annual schedule to walk your entire roof — systematically, not a quick glance. Every surface, drain, flashing, seam, and penetration gets evaluated.

    Full Photo Documentation

Every issue we find is photographed and documented in detail. You get a complete visual record of your roof's condition — not a vague summary, but actual evidence.

    Prioritized Issue Reporting

Each item found is prioritized on a clear scale: what needs attention now, what can wait 6 months, and what we'll simply monitor. No unnecessary urgency. No surprises buried in fine print.

    Repair Pricing for Every Item

Your report includes a repair price for each identified issue. You decide what gets fixed and when. There's no pressure — just clear information so you can make informed decisions.

Work Only If You Approve It

If repairs are approved, we handle them — typically on the same visit or promptly scheduled. If nothing is found or you choose to hold off, no charge. We go on our way.

    On-Call Between Visits

Storms happen. Leaks don't wait for scheduled inspections. As your dedicated service provider, you call us when something comes up — and we respond as a partner who already knows your building.

    The No-Risk Starting Point

Not Sure If a Full Maintenance Agreement Is Right for You?Start Here.

A lot of building owners aren't sure how much attention their roof actually needs. An MSA is the answer — we'll come out, give you a real assessment, and let the condition of your roof tell the story.

We'll keep an eye on your roof, keep you informed, and be ready when you need us. If it turns out your building is a good candidate for a Preventative Maintenance Agreement, we'll tell you why. If not, you still have a professional partner watching over one of your biggest assets — at no ongoing cost.
